simplex skid

Our Simplex skid is a basic design with a single pump, single skid supply, and single skid discharge.

Basic TuffSkids are built with ½ inch sch 80 PVC piping, series 21 ball valves and manifold blocks for both suction and discharge to eliminate unions and joints. Back pressure regulators and relief valves are installed to insure proper pump operation and relief from over pressurization. All relief paths are thru sch 80 clear PVC for a visual indication of relief.

All TuffSkids are constructed of a chemical resistant High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and are 100%UV stabilized. Elastomers are selected to accommodate chemical resistance.

Pumps are selected to meet system requirements and upgrades are readily available for harsh chemical, high pressures and large capacity systems.

duplex skid

A basic design identical to the Simplex with the addition of a second pump. This unit can come with a second discharge path for two points of application. Upgrades are available for using one pump as a primary and the second as a swing pump or backup pump with a cross connect feature.

triplex skid

A basic design identical to the Simplex and Duplex with the capabilities of three pumps. Multiple discharge points and backup capabilities are standard with the triplex pump.
